We continually strive to provide you the best experience possible.

Once you submit your Puppy Application and place your non refundable deposit your may choose to be added to a Current Litter or to an Upcoming Litter or choose to be added to the Master List for a later Litter.
In order to offer the best possible selection results to you, we also incorporate a Master Reservation List in our process. This will also help us determine which litters to breed once we know your choice of size, coat, color, etc. you are requesting.
The Master List will help us meet those specifications.
Some litters here at Heaven on Earth Goldendoodles are sold before they are born. We do not know how many puppies our females are expecting until they have a pregnancy ultrasound at 3 weeks gestation. The ultrasound is a good guideline but not always 100% accurate on puppy count, which is why we try and incorporate the use of a master reserve list. It helps ensure that everyone and every family or individual has the opportunity to select the right litter just for them. We want everyone to experience the excitement of picking their litter once they see the newborn pictures, resulting in the ultimate joy of bringing your puppy home!
Once the puppies are born and we know how many puppies are in the litter and how many of each gender, I will be able to work closely with you to help match you to the right litter. Within 24 to 48 hours of birth, I will post newborn pictures and contact families in the order of deposits/reservations on our Master Reservation List. If after we talk and you have been offered a spot on a litter but don’t see what you are looking for, you can pass and move on to the next litter until you find the right puppy for you.
As you pass or confirm the list evolves. As puppies are reserved you will continue to move up the list until you find the litter that works for you. When the puppies from the litter you have chosen are 4 Weeks old we no longer allow you to move your deposit to another litter. After you choose a litter you will be able to see the puppies grow and develop through weekly pictures.
Each puppy is uniquely wonderful and wanting to love you and your family.
Choosing Your Puppy
Choosing will be when the puppies are between 6 & 7 weeks of age. When Puppy choosing comes around we will text out several videos of the puppies playing to help you make your choice or we will have choosing in person.
Puppy pick-up
Your puppy will be ready to go home at 8 weeks of age and will be scheduled at choosing.
On pick up day you will receive:
- A freshly bathed puppy
- Health Records
- A Lineage Certificate from the Goldendoodle Association of America
- Collar
- Blanket with the scent of Mom/Sibling's
- Toy
- Other Puppy Goodies
If you are unable to pick up your puppy at your scheduled time, then we will need to be notified in advance and at that time we can determine the boarding fee. If a puppy is reserved that is ready to go to his new home we will hold for 3 days @ no fee.
Past 3 days it is a $35 a day fee to keep until pickup. Payment in full is also required if holding past the 3 days.
**Please note that we have more than one litter at a time, that are at different ages and they all deserve our love and attention. Keeping a puppy past its pick-up date is not always possible, but when we can, there will be an added expense.
